Buckner Distributing, established in 1968 as a family-owned and operated business, is a diversified wholesale distributor of plumbing supplies. Lee Supply, also family-owned and operated since 1949, provides some of the highest quality plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, appliances, lighting products and services to customers throughout the Midwest. This acquisition gives Buckner Supply the advantages of being part of a larger company and access to additional product lines and services.

Williams Strategic Advisors was engaged in 2019 to explore transition options that would assure Buckner Distributing and its employees’ future success.
