Williams Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce that our client, Simon’s Supply, has finalized the sale of their company to WinSupply. Williams Strategic Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Simon’s Supply Co., Inc. Simon’s Supply has five locations in the Providence, RI, and the Cape Cod markets. Simon’s Supply serves contractors and homeowners in Providence, RI, and the Cape Cod markets with plumbing, luxury showroom items, remodeling, maintenance, and repair.
