Williams Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce that our client, Williams Supply, has finalized the sale of their company to WinSupply. The Beringer Group acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Williams Supply Co., Inc. Williams Supply has three locations in the Tennessee market. Williams Supply serves contractors and homeowners in the Tennessee market with electric, plumbing, maintenance, and repair. “We are very happy to have worked with Roy Williams, as well as his sons Lee & David to find a successful exit to a family business that was started more than 70 years ago by Roy’s father.
